Delete your 1313 Green App account

1313 Green App is run by Sunday Ugbede Onche in Kano State, Nigeria. You can delete your account and your data at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1: delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open 1313 Green App and log in.
2. Tap your profile photo, then tap Account & password.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
4. Type your password, tick the box and tap Delete my account for good.

Option 2: ask us by email

If you cannot log in, email sundayonche31@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account and the phone number you signed up with. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete accounts within 30 days of a confirmed request.

What is deleted

• Your profile: display name, photo, cover photo, bio and birthday.
• Your posts, comments, reactions, statuses and the photos and videos you uploaded.
• The chat messages you sent, your friend connections, notifications and blocked-member list.
• Your login, including your phone number and password.

What may be kept

• Reports you sent about other people's content may be kept so we can protect other members. They do not show your profile.
• Messages that other people sent to you stay in their own chats.
